点评：All I can say is wow. We reached out to Pulse Africa at the end of June 2026 with hopes of travelling to South Africa including a Safari, Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe), and Cape Town at the end of August 2026, and wow did Lisa Seinker deliver!
We had an idea of what we wanted to see, the accommodation levels we were hoping for, and that we didnt know where to start. A quick call with Lisa to answer some well-thought out additional questions, and we were well on our way to planning our trip! Lisa came back very quickly with a travel itinerary that we were able to adjust and customize based on our hopes.
We just returned from our trip and it was everything we had hoped it would be and more. The number one priority for our trip was a Safari, and Lisa communicated very clearly with Lion Sands River Lodge that that was the case. She provided them with additional information including dietary restrictions and celebration reasons, and they knew our names and what we needed as soon as we arrived. They even had an idea of our itinerary and were incredibly accommodating if we needed anything additional before departing to our next stop.
In Cape Town, Lisa organized tours for our desire to learn more about the history of South Africa, winelands tours, and the numerous bays. The tour group she selected was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and loved any additional special requests we had along the way. Lisa was also available during our trip for support, answer any questions, and help with any concerns during our travel.
Lisa and team, thank you so so much for taking our last minute travel request, using your incredible background and making our trip to South Africa the most memorable experience we could have asked for! We will absolutely be recommending the Pulse Africa team in the future.
