My plane departed late and the company informed before departure with all necessary information, we were surprised upon arrival gate that no driver available as usually you find the driver holding a sign with your name written on it, so we contacted the number given by the company, he speaks Spanish only ,so we asked help from air port staff to find out where is he, the airport staff was frustrated with him because he give wrong information, finally one hour after arrival we found him,he was surprised with the number of passengers and bags and according to him the car is small and we have to wait for another car, after waiting for more than 45 minuets,he came back asking my elderly parents to walk to the parking area ,by that time we requested a taxi to transport my parents, so he insisted that the taxi take some of the luggage ,the driver was rude, no communication skills, he did not know the address ,transport company staff should have a second languages or at least use translation app.,the staff should know the address and wait for there customers on arrival gate with the name of the customers
