点评：The service was generally provided as expected, and clear instructions were communicated multiple times regarding the importance of arriving no more than five minutes late to the meeting point.
However, despite this emphasis on punctuality, the pickup from San Juan was delayed by approximately 15 minutes. Even after all the passengers who had been waiting with us had boarded the van, we remained there for additional time waiting for someone else who had not yet arrived. As a result, instead of departing at the scheduled 6:30 a.m., we did not leave until around 6:55 a.m. Given that there was no traffic and this appeared to be one of the first pickup points, this felt somewhat inconsiderate toward those who arrived on time.
The return journey was also a bit disorganized. Our driver was changed without prior notice, and passengers from the same morning group were rearranged without clear communication. This led to some confusion and additional waiting time.
Overall, while the service met expectations in some respects, better time management and clearer communication would greatly improve the experience.
