Amazing Whale Watch Adventure

点评：My daughter and I just experienced the most amazing Whale Watch with Kala ( owner) and Lono (Captain) at Haleiwa Shark Tours.
Prior to launch, the safety briefing was excellent, making me feel quite comfortable once we were on the open water.
I have, previously, been on whale watch tours, ( and they were great!), but never with these two men born and raised in Hawai’i who have so much knowledge of ancient culture, local geography and wildlife. We were so fortunate to have them bring this knowledge and share it.
We observed 3 different pods of whales, different species of fish, Galapagos sharks, and an Iwa bird who decided to grace us with its presence by riding along for a bit… less than 6 feet away… and stayed for photos, or maybe just to share its spirit!
The Kamohoali’i sliced through the waves like butter for a most enjoyable ride, and the sunset return was amazing!
Thank you, Kala and Lono for orchestrating such a wonderful adventure!
I would highly recommend Haleiwa Shark Tours for your next Whale Watch!
PS: on return, there appeared to be a boat in distress with a passenger waving his arms at us, the Kamohoali’i promptly went to investigate and help. Turns out, the fellow was just excited about a whale sighting.
Just another example of the responsible, amazing crew on this trip!

这再次证明了我们这次旅行的船员们是多么尽职尽责、热情周到！
