A beautiful winery with stunning architecture
Maison Jean-Claude Boisset的点评
点评：If you are in the Burgundy region and are looking for a wine-tasting experience, book a visit to Maison Jean Claude Boisset at Les Ursulines. It was one of the most memorable winery experiences we have had.
What really stood out was the building itself. It is incredibly modern, yet it still feels connected to the old Ursuline convent that once stood there. The winery was built with an environmentally conscious approach, using natural insulation and ventilation to help maintain stable temperatures, which we found fascinating.
The main winemaking room was my favourite part. The massive wooden barrels, high ceilings adorned with shimmering stars, and a beautiful stained-glass window shaped like a vine leaf give the whole space an almost ecclesiastical feel. There is something very calm and almost spiritual about it, as though the whole place is paying tribute to the art of making wine. The old vaulted cellars beneath are beautiful, too, and, of course, the wine tasting was excellent.
Do make time to walk through the gardens afterwards. They are peaceful and quite unusual, especially the Vortex with the large quartz crystal at its centre.
Our only disappointment was finding out afterwards that there is also a large cellar collection with thousands of bottles, which we did not get to see. It may depend on the tour you book, so it is worth checking beforehand.
Overall, this was much more than just a wine tasting. It felt like a very special mix of history, architecture, nature and wine, and we would definitely recommend visiting.

唯一让我们感到遗憾的是，后来才得知这里还有一个藏有数千瓶葡萄酒的大型酒窖，而我们却没能参观到。这或许取决于您预订的游览路线，所以事先确认一下还是很有必要的。
总体而言，这远不止是一次品酒活动。它仿佛是历史、建筑、自然与葡萄酒的完美融合，我们绝对推荐大家去体验一番。
