点评：I’ve lived in Wales for 27 years and one of my favourite walks is around Cardiff Bay, sometimes including Penarth Pier. The view of The Sennedd from across the Bay is iconic, along with The Pierhead, the Big Wheel and the Millenium Centre. I’ve always taken a photo….I had NO idea until I was looking into the constituencies changes that The Sennedd was open to the public - and free! We went through security then into the main hall - the Cwrt. We had listened to the Audio Guide on our way to Cardiff, so had an idea what to expect. But the building and architecture is fantastic! (It reminded me of Setas de Sevilla). There was lots going on, as it was the last session before the May elections. There were demonstrators, a choir, the First Minister, school groups! We went into The Siamber as the Plenary hadn’t started. Fabulous! Then upstairs to have a coffee and cake (listening to the choir) and then we managed to get tickets to sit in the viewing gallery when the Plenary started. So interesting and amazing! We were welcomed and encouraged and made to feel very welcome throughout. Hannah on the Reception was excellent and the Security Guard on Exit was very encouraging too!
翻译：我在威尔士生活了27年，最喜欢的散步路线之一就是环绕卡迪夫湾，有时还会去佩纳斯码头。从海湾对岸眺望威尔士议会大厦（Sennedd）的景色堪称经典，与码头区、摩天轮和千禧中心交相辉映。我每次都会拍照……直到我研究选区变更时才知道，威尔士议会大厦竟然对公众开放——而且免费！我们通过安检后进入了主厅——Cwrt。来卡迪夫的路上我们听过语音导览，所以大概知道会看到什么。但这座建筑和它的风格真是太棒了！（让我想起了塞维利亚的塞塔斯大厦）。因为这是五月选举前的最后一次会议，所以现场非常热闹。有示威者、合唱团、首席部长，还有学生团体！由于全体会议还没开始，我们就去了Siamber厅。真是太棒了！然后我们上楼喝咖啡吃蛋糕（听合唱团演唱），之后我们幸运地弄到了票，可以在全体会议开始时坐在观景台上。真是太精彩、太令人惊叹了！我们全程都受到了热情的欢迎和鼓励，感觉宾至如归。接待处的汉娜非常棒，出口处的保安也很热情！
