Amazing views ……but lacks in every other area

点评：The view from our room is picture perfect. And this is the reason I booked the hotel for our family (4 rooms - multigenerational trip). However everything else is lacking. 1) Check-in is the most stringent. Not allowing checking a minute before 3:00 regardless of the rooms readiness. 2) no coffee pot in the room 3) no method to get coffee until breakfast service at 7 am 4) over priced buffet dinner 5) we were told dinner service was casual and then one of our family members was asked to change because he was wearing athletic wear. Other individuals in the restaurant had gym shorts, sweats, slippers from the spa. 6) Also there isn’t air conditioning in the rooms or fans. 7) the bar doesn’t have any food options 8) the hotel doesn’t have any snack options
I would not recommend this hotel. This is a two star hotel dressed up. They’ve made an old hotel look refreshed but the experience is subpar at every level except the view.

我不推荐这家酒店。它不过是一家披着星级外衣的二星级酒店而已。他们让一家老旧的酒店看起来焕然一新，但除了视野不错外，其他各方面的体验都差强人意。
