National Soccer Hall Of Fame的点评
点评：I wanted to share feedback regarding an unpleasant and concerning experience I had during my recent visit. I stopped by the Hall of Fame for the first time, excited to explore, but unfortunately, my visit took a negative turn.
When I arrived, there were no signs or notices indicating that the facility was closed for a private event, nor was there anyone at the entrance informing visitors. Naturally, I walked in believing it was open to the public.
Shortly after entering, a security staff member named Jack McGovern — approximately 60 years old, bald, and white — approached me and aggressively demanded that I leave. I immediately began walking out, but he continued to escalate the situation — raising his voice, threatening me, and even cursing, saying “get the f***out of here.”
I want to emphasize that I had no intention of intruding or causing any disruption, and I complied as soon as I understood the situation. The level of hostility, aggression, and threat from someone representing your venue was entirely inappropriate and unacceptable.
I hope this matter is reviewed and addressed appropriately to ensure that future guests — especially those unaware of private closures — are treated with professionalism and respect.
