点评:We hired Blasian Limousine & Transportation (Scottsdale, AZ) for a corporate client event in early October 2025. Unfortunately, we experienced three separate issues in a single afternoon:
* AC not working for the back half of the bus. Rows 7-10 were blowing warm air when we boarded at the resort. We repeatedly tried to get an update from the driver and received no clear communication. When he eventually pulled over, he accused us of being "hostile" for asking what was happening--an awkward and unprofessional moment in front of our clients.
* Replacement vehicle with AC issues, too. A second bus arrived, but its AC also wasn't cooling for the first ~15 minutes of the drive. Guests who rode the late return reported the AC still wasn't adequate.
* Separate breakdown during another activity. A different bus reportedly had a fan belt failure, which threw our tightly timed schedule off.
Beyond the mechanics, communication and transparency were the biggest problems. Had we been told about the cooling issue before boarding, we would have seated older guests up front to mitigate the heat. Instead, we were left to triage in real time--and one guest became ill shortly after deboarding in the heat, which disrupted the activity and required additional assistance.
The company later characterized these as unavoidable mid-trip failures and offered a 20% "goodwill" refund. Given the stack of issues (AC on multiple buses + a breakdown) and the impact on our VIP itinerary, that resolution felt inadequate.
We understand that things break. What we expect--especially for corporate groups--is proactive communication, contingency planning that actually works, and professional, calm service on site. We didn't get that here. I wouldn't recommend Blasian for time-sensitive or VIP events
