点评：Not a good experience for us. Booked on the day via email as online booking wouldn't work. Didn't hear back to confirm arrangements despite being told they had space and we could have a tour. Turned up at the allocated time to 2 teenagers who had no idea we were coming. They appeared completely disinterested in taking us on the tour and we hadn't been told in advance to bring driving license. After ringing their boss they grudgingly took us on the tour, but they were unfriendly and there was barely any interaction. During the brief break they stood smoking, chatting and laughing together and despite attempting conversation there was none. No photo opportunities other than them taking a photo of themselves. The general atmosphere was of hostility towards us which really ruined the experience. The scenery was beautiful but I would not use this company again. Very unprofessional.
