Eden Court Theatre的点评
点评：I understand they have their policies, but I think some generosity could have been considered. We booked tickets to coincide with a holiday from Australia. Unfortunately plans changed out of our control, meaning on our road trip in Scotland we wouldn't be able to make it as far as Inverness.
I asked 5 months in advance if there was any chance of a refund given our circumstance. The answer was no, but they could give us a gift voucher. That's not unreasonable, but for our circumstances (living in Australia) we were clearly never going to be back in Inverness any time in the near future. This was for Henning Wehn, and just meant that he would have two empty seats in the middle of the front row. These were great tickets that would certainly have been purchased by someone else over those 5 months.
It's not a huge deal for us at all, but it does represent a loss of money for nothing, when some understanding could have improved the situation for everyone involved.
