点评：Very disappointed with our experience. I booked a day package including a treatment. We arrived at 12 and were told our treatment was at 7pm! We had planned on eating at 5 or 6 and leaving there was no way we were spending 7 hours in the spa waiting for our treatment or eating a dinner then having a treatment. We had no option at booking to specify a time but I assumed it would be set to suit a day package ie early or mid the timeframe. So we asked to change and we were met with a brick wall. A very cold unhelpful manager with no customer service skills. We asked for a refund that wasn't an option and then they found one slot for us.. so we gave that to our mother and said we'd cancel the other as we couldn't stay that late and suddenly they had 2 more. But this was after a stand off in the middle of reception not even at the desk. So bad taste was left. Then although the spa facilities are beautiful they are repetitive. Lots of saunas and steam rooms but not much else. there is also a real lack of service there. I needed a new towel and it was hard to find someone to replace it. There was no smiles or welcomes. A Sense of low paid staff who don't really care. If they are low paid I don't blame them. But for the money they charge the customer you should get that 5 star feeling when you go to a spa.. that extra something.. definitely not here. It's more like the service at a McDonald's.
