Overpriced Garbage ran by Local Businesses pretending to be a Flea-Market for the aesthetic
Sunday Flea market - Antique fair, Ljubljana的点评
点评:Absolute joke of a "flea market" ran by locals with weekly businesses using the aesthetic as side-hustle to run game on tourist. I come here weekly to scope out the rip-off artists because why not, I wake up early anyways. Not EVERY booth is a scamster but the majority are. Want a plastic cup given away free at the Kino Siska - 5 euros. Want a 2 dollar tourist trinket bought in nearby Piran - 5 euros. Want a record? 30 euros. Want an old cassette-tape of a worthless band? 10 euros. I've seen these clowns selling a 2025 toy from a McDonalds Happy Meal for 5 euros. And most don't even want to bargain on price and will start giving you some nonsense sob-story as if their dying grandma hand-carved that McDonalds toy herself during the war. Then they will talk smack about you loudly in Slovenian when you laugh at them and leave (thinking you dont understand because you approached them in English). I've met more honest taxi-drivers at the train station in Belgrade.
