点评：Stuart at AfriVentre has outstanding service. I honestly had no idea where to start looking, and his experience and his help was truly appreciated. I must say, he picked very well. Thank you for all your help. We talked through loads of different opinions and was never pushed to pick one. Stuart made sure I had all the info on different options and could pick what suited me.
We had an amazing safari experience, totally out of this world and so many incredible experiences. It's honestly so hard to pick just one. We were so lucky and ticked off the Big 5 in two days, not that we went looking for that; we were just happy to be there and seeing these beautiful animals close up and free. Maybe the leopard up in the tree on day 2 was a highlight; she was so chill and not bothered in the slightest that we were there, and we realised how lucky we were to see her too. I was surprised how safe I felt, even so close up. Our guide, Zander, explained the animal behavior when we were close, and he put us at ease instantly.
The staff at Bateleur Camp were incredible; everyone was friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The chef was amazing, and we ate very well; the food produce was outstanding. I got the sense it was all about the customer experience, as nothing was an issue.
It's been a total dream, once in a lifetime trip. There is not one bad thing to say about our whole experience. Thank you 😊
