If you want to waste your hard-earned money and guarantee yourself the absolute worst day of your trip to Dakhla, go to Dakhla Ride Adventures.
The owner/manager is hands down one of the most disrespectful, arrogant, and rude individuals I have ever encountered. He has zero customer service skills, speaks , and acts as if he holds the keys to life and death. His extremely aggressive demeanor completely ruins any pleasant vibe.
Beyond the atrocious attitude, there are severe legal and safety concerns with this business:
* No Insurance or Proper Authorization: The quad bikes lack basic commercial insurance and the mandatory legal licenses required for such rental activities in Morocco.
* Illegal Liability Waivers: To cover his own back, he forces customers to sign a liability waiver releasing him and his business from insurance responsibility. Under Moroccan Consumer Protection Law, these forced liability disclaimers fall under "adhesion contracts" (contrats d'adhésion) and are legally void and prohibited. Trying to bypass the law and strip customers of their basic rights is completely illegal.
To make matters worse, he completely ruins the actual quad biking experience. He refuses to let you drive freely, constantly micromanages and interrupts, utterly destroying any sense of fun, adventure, or enjoyment you paid for.
Verdict: Save your time, money, and peace of mind. Avoid Dakhla Ride Adventures at all costs! There are far better, legal, and respectful tour operators in Dakhla who actually value their clients.
