点评：My hisband and I, came from Canada and had heard so many positive things about it and wanted to experience its beautiful architecture. When we arrived, we saw a sign stating that visits require a reservation, which we completely understand for guided tours.
However, we were disappointed that we were not even allowed to enter the reception area to enjoy a glass of wine or purchase a bottle. We would have happily done either. Instead, we felt we were dismissed immediately, and the interaction came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming.
We respect that reservations are necessary for tours, but we believe there should be some consideration for visitors who simply wish to taste or buy your wines. A more welcoming attitude would have made a significant difference.
The building is undeniably beautiful, but unfortunately the experience did not match the architecture. We left feeling disappointed and unwelcome.
