点评：Wasn’t cheap and terrible from beginning to end. Save your money and just go to the Crescent because it’s the same price point and night and day experiences.
It makes sense why no one recommends this place for massages or spa services and I do not recommend this business if you want a relaxing massage. This place is not even worth a mediocre mention.
I get massages frequently and was looking for a new place in Fort Worth to book monthly sessions. I have never been to one of their locations and when in Fort Worth each month I live at The George, which is very convenient and right across the street at Clearfork. I booked two 90 minute massages for me and a friend which will never happen again and will never recommend to anyone that I know in Fort Worth.
The check-in was chaotic and rushed. The check in girl was very sweet but lacked any self awareness and was very aggressive and seemed overwhelmed. It just started the experience stressfully for both of us.
I wanted to take a steam pre-massage and couldn’t get the steam turned on and the attendant on duty wasn’t sure if I had done it right and said it takes about five minutes to warm up and I wasted 15 minutes and could never get it on. It shouldn’t be that complicated and the attendant should know how to do it if the customer doesn’t.
Next I go into the quiet room to wait for the massage therapist to get me and this has never happened to me, nor my friend, anywhere there were children in the quiet room under the age of 10. I think most moms want to relax and forget about their children when spa’ing and my male friend felt very uncomfortable naked in his robe around little young girls so strike two. I’ve had massages all over the world and I’ve never seen little kids just hanging out in a spa waiting room. Very unprofessional.
When I called to book the massage for me and my friend, the booker assured me that I was getting the “best” masseuse on staff. She came and got me and when I tell you another “ first” she was very rude to me. When I was explaining my points of pain she eye rolled me when I was making a light joke about my shoulder to the point where I thought about it for a few seconds and called her on it. I have never had a confrontation with a masseuse in 25 years of getting massages it was so awkward. I like a deep tissue massage and when I tell you, this woman had it out for me and it was almost like she was trying to break me or intentionally hurt me or something. She took her elbows and was digging them so hard into my back and it was beyond painful, but I was so put off at her words and treatment with me that the last thing I was going to let her win. It was terrible and I go to a massage to relax and prefer a lot of pressure but this was weird mind games going on to get me to call uncle.
Almost like “Oh you want pressure ha! ha! I will show you little girl” but what she didn’t understand is I am way more stubborn and I was like OK you’re gonna wear yourself out I’m sure she was exhausted because it was so over the top in quality in a bad way.
I endured that for 90 minutes and I can take a lot of pressure and have had 6’5 former football player masseuse‘s give me deep pressure massages that weren’t on this level. I should have just walked out when she was rude to me from the beginning but I desperately needed a massage at the time and I sucked it up. So after the “torture” was over and our session had ended I come out of the room and this lady was a completely different personality. She was so kind and sweet and walking me to the quiet room and I was like oh I see you, I see you!!!!
Now that it’s “tip time” you’re going to be really nice to me. It was so obvious and gross. Completely a different person.
Also, the massage tables are not comfortable. It’s like they went really cheap on those which I was not expecting for this price point. The table is one of the most important parts to the massage.
I am so ready to get out of this place at this point and when I walked out to the lobby my friend was checking out and I literally walked up when the employee was asking how much gratuity for each of the service providers and he tipped them $100 each. Of course I didn’t want to make a scene or ruin his experience by complaining and it was very nice of him to treat me but let me tell you I was fuming internally that this massage therapist treated me so bad and is allegedly your “best” therapist got a $100 tip that she didn’t deserve. I worked in hospitality and my family owned restaurants so I know how to leave a good tip and will always tip well even when the service isn’t great but this time I would have preferred to given it to a homeless person for good karma. I guess timing was on her side.
This is the longest review I’ve ever written, and I am not that person and actually rarely write anything, even bad experiences because I don’t want to hurt anyone’s livelihood but in this economy and how expensive everything is I would feel really bad if I didn’t pass the word on because my disappointment shouldn’t be someone else’s for their hard earned money for self care experiences.
On a positive note, my friend really enjoyed his massage and said his therapist was good.

我当时就想离开这里了，走到大堂的时候，我的朋友正在结账，我径直走了过去，当时员工正在问每位按摩师的小费是多少，结果他给了每人100美元。当然，我不想因为抱怨而惹是生非，也不想破坏他的体验，而且他热情好客也很好，但我得说，我内心非常愤怒，因为这个按摩师对我这么差，据说你家“最好的”按摩师竟然只得到了她不该给的100美元小费。我之前在酒店业工作，我的家人也开过餐馆，所以我知道该怎么给小费，即使服务不好我也会给得不少，但这次我宁愿给一个无家可归的人，以求好运。我想时机对她来说更合适。
