We initially contacted Elsewhere (our third trip with them) to help plan the journey, which led us to Lindsays Highland Tours—and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Our family traveled through Scotland from December 26 to January 4, and the entire experience was incredible.
Our route took us from Edinburgh (first night) to Inverness (three nights), then on to Glencoe (one night), and back to Edinburgh (four nights). This itinerary allowed us to see a remarkable amount of Scotland in a relatively short time.
We can’t say enough about our guide, Ian, who made the trip both seamless and truly enjoyable. His knowledge, professionalism, and personality elevated the entire experience.
If you’re considering a guided tour of Scotland, we highly recommend Lindsays Highland Tours—and be sure to request Ian as your guide. You won’t be disappointed.
