点评：Great experience. We were taken care of earlier so we could enjoy a private family experience, which we really appreciated. Our guide spoke English and was very kind and attentive. We had the option to rent a wetsuit to protect ourselves from the cold water (3 OMR per person – December, 8:00 a.m.). One person in the group chose to go without a wetsuit, like the guide, and it was fine; personally, I was glad to have one.
The scenery is stunning. There is a short abseiling section, a small rope descent, one or two mandatory jumps, some swimming and walking, a fun passage through a natural waterslide carved by erosion, and a cave section (no need to put your head under water).
I was with my 11-year-old son, who absolutely loved it and was able to do everything. This experience must be done with a guide. A must in the region. Professional welcome. Highly recommended
