点评:Our disabled adult daughter, who lives in a care home and clearly needs constant supervision, visited on 6/4/24 and was made to pay for 2 full-priced adult tickets for herself and her carer despite website stating essential carers go free. This is because the person at the gate refused to accept her Blue Badge as evidence of disability, despite these only being awarded to those with the highest level of need with help in getting around. This has NEVER happened at other attractions. Her carer was shown a short list of suggested examples of disability documents/items which the website says 'can' (not MUST) be shown, but as Blue Badge was not actually listed she was refused her free carer. Complaining that this meant in effect that our daughter was having to pay double what a non-disabled person would pay in order to visit, her carer was told to 'take it up with management'. This was no help on the day, at the gate.
Any other disabled visitors who routinely use their Blue Badge as evidence of disability, please take note.

任何其他经常使用蓝色徽章作为残疾证据的残疾游客,请注意。
