Here hands-on approach to participant involvement makes for such an enjoyable experience, you'll wish the learning could go on and on. Her techniques for preparation will make even the most timid and aspiring cooks gain confidence, and great cooks and foodies will thoroughly appreciate the simplicity in which she presents concepts of delcious Italian cooking. We created a Tiramisu, Bruschetta, and three handmade pasta dishes from dough we mixed and rolled ourselves, including garganelli, ravioli and spaghetti cut on a traditional Italian pasta guitar. That alone was such an enlightening experience, but paired with the limoncello cocktail, appropriately paired wines, and an assortment of digestifs, there's a lot to love about this school.
