Secret Highlands的点评
点评：First rate tour of the Highlands from a local passionate about the history of his country.
We wanted to see puffins. That was all that mattered. We also understand that when it comes to wildlife, nothing is guaranteed. This tour was originally planned to be completely different. But Jamie learned that the puffins would unlikely be where we had planned, so he reached out to me and we changed course.
The trip was a total of 12 hours, but felt like 2. Jamie knows EVERYTHING about the highlands, and the trip was like the most entertaining history lesson you’ve ever had. We were belly laughing while learning more about Scottish history than we ever could have imagined.
We saw puffins, castles, moors, lochs, a fairy forest…you name it. We also saw some of the most beautiful countryside that you just wouldn’t get from a large tour.
At the end of the day, I felt like we’d made a friend, and I couldn’t help but give him a big hug!
If I ever return to Scotland, I’ll be giving Jamie a shout!!!
