Mountain Cove Marina的点评
点评：We rented a pontoon boat from Mountain Cove Marina for two days to keep at the private dock of our Airbnb, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
After comparing prices with several other marinas on Douglas Lake, Mountain Cove Marina offered the best value. I booked online and later called to confirm that it would be okay to keep the boat overnight at our rental. Sunny quickly looked up the location of our Airbnb and happily approved the request.
As our trip approached, the forecast called for storms on both of our rental days. I was pleasantly surprised when Sunny proactively reached out to see if we'd like to switch our reservation to a better weather day. Unfortunately, there weren't any boats available on a day that worked with our schedule, but I really appreciated the thoughtful customer service.
Picking up the boat was quick and easy, and the staff took the time to walk us through all of the boat's features so we felt comfortable before heading out.
A couple of hours into our first day, we experienced an issue with the boat. Mountain Cove Marina went above and beyond—they promptly brought us a replacement boat on the water and took the original one back, allowing us to continue enjoying our day with minimal interruption. That's the kind of customer service you hope for but don't always find.
Returning the boat was just as easy as the pickup process.
A huge thank you to Sunny, Justin, and Noah for making our experience so enjoyable. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for their customers really stood out. If we're ever back on Douglas Lake, there's no question—we'll be renting from Mountain Cove Marina again!

归还船只的过程也和取船时一样简单顺利。
