A wonderful family adventure. Everything was made possible by our amazing guide Chanaka

点评：We booked our trip through the Travel Counsellor and everything was well put together and relaxed for us.
As a family we had never done this type of trip and was keen to make sure everything went smoothly as in our mind this was a trip of a lifetime for us all.
When we arrived at the airport Chanaka, our wonderful guide was there to greet us. We all commented that we instantly felt at ease and had confidence that this was going to be a wonderful trip. As the time went by our initial expectations were exceeded.
Chanaka communicated all the arrangements well, making recommendations on what we need for each day. He accommodated every need, toilet stops no worry, found us wonderful places to eat and kept us enlightened by so many interesting stories and facts about Sri Lanka.
Chanaka has amazing knowledge of the history and wildlife and his enthusiasm for his country shone through.
We felt very relaxed and enjoyed his company immensley.
We had one problem with one of the many hotels but Chanaka took this very seriously and sorted out the problem for us. The Coumbus tours management also contacted us to advise us on how the matter was being handled. So we have complete trust in the company to help to resolve anything that may occur.
Along the way Chanaka suggested additional places for us to visit such as the elephant sanctuary which was fascinating. As he said...nothing is impossible. He was happy to help us to find a sports shop to purchase some cricket related goods.
We left Sri Lanka feeling sad to leave after an amazin trip but felt content that we had been fortunate enough to be guided by Chanaka and so well looked after.
We would definitely recommend Columbus Tours for your trip to Sri Lanka.
