AVOID them, they didn’t provide the service and didn’t allow cancellation

There was a long delay in my flight, I informed them as soon as it happened (about 12 hours before booking time). After a few messages they stopped responding. Then after I followed it up several times they said we will not change the booking, we have assigned the driver to the airport at the original flight time and he will be there at that time (even though I told them Im not in that flight).
The service was booked only for us, it wasn’t a group tour or anything that they would have other people to take care of.
Just think of it, I told them 12hours in advance that my flight is changed, they didn’t allow any change or cancellation, and they even sent the driver there at the time that I told them IM not going to be there. This is the kind of service you can expect from them.
