It is the perfect place if you’re looking to relax away from the louder beach clubs.

点评：Elia Beach was one of our favourite beaches on Mykonos. As one of the island’s longest sandy beaches, it offers crystal-clear turquoise water, golden sand and, unlike many of the more famous beaches, a wonderfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It is the perfect place if you’re looking to relax away from the louder beach clubs.
The beach is well organised, with comfortable sunbeds available for rent. One of the things we appreciated most is that many of them can be reserved online in advance through the websites of the beachfront hotels, making it easy to plan your beach day.
For dining, Elia Restaurant, located directly on the beach, is the perfect spot to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine without leaving the sea view. Just above the beach, you’ll also find Espuma Restaurant at Arte & Mare Elia Suites, offering another pleasant option for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
If you’re looking for something more adventurous, Elia Beach also offers a variety of watersports, including jet ski, parasailing and wakeboarding. For an even more exclusive experience, visitors can also charter a private yacht through Arte & Mare Elia Suites, with the service available not only to hotel guests but also to outside visitors.
One practical note for future visitors: during our visit, we only noticed a single outdoor shower, which appeared to belong to one of the beachfront hotels. We couldn’t find any changing rooms, and we didn’t see any public toilets on the beach either. It seems that the available restrooms are those belonging to the nearby restaurants, so it’s worth keeping this in mind before planning a full day at the beach.
Overall, Elia Beach is a wonderful choice for anyone seeking the quieter, more elegant side of Mykonos. We would happily return.
