Intimate luxury bay cruise with fine dining and tranquil, crowd-free excursions

点评：Our journey began with a pre-arranged pick-up near our hotel, though the transfer included tourist-heavy service station stops in both directions despite our request to drive straight through. Once aboard Bhaya Soul, we were pleasantly surprised with an unexpected upgrade to the largest suite at the bow of the ship, complete with honeymoon flowers and a complimentary minibar.
Our butler, Hill, remained easily reachable via WhatsApp, and staff member Ivy stood out for her genuine warmth and constant smile.
The culinary program was exceptional across all meals, offering generous portions and curated menus, complemented by memorable activities like night squid fishing and visiting the Cua Van floating village.
However, certain aspects of the experience fell short. A hatch door (always open) built into our terrace floor led straight down to a service staircase, which compromised the sense of privacy on our outdoor deck. While the cruise promotes eco-friendly practices like reusable bamboo water bottles, finding individual plastic wrappings inside paper amenity packages felt contradictory. Weather prevented us from kayaking into the caves, and a bay clean-up activity left a questionable impression when collected plastic trash was transferred to a floating platform where it appeared to be burned rather than transported to the mainland.
Given the packed itinerary, a two-night stay is strongly recommended over a single night.
