点评：From the moment we booked our Sani Pass tour with Sani Pass & Lesotho Private Tours, we knew we were in good hands. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed, making this one of the most memorable experiences we've ever had.
The service was exceptional from start to finish. Angie took care of everything, including border fees and our booking at the Highest Pub in Africa, which made the entire experience completely stress-free. Our pick-up was perfectly on time, and we were immediately made to feel special.
The attention to detail was incredible. We were each provided with blankets, bottled water, delicious chocolates, and the cutest little souvenirs. The beautifully prepared and professionally presented itinerary showed just how much care goes into creating a memorable experience for guests.
And Angie, your baked goodies deserve a special mention! The cookies and muffins were absolutely delicious. I'm honestly craving them as I write this review. They were such a thoughtful and personal touch that made the day even more special.
A huge thank you to our tour guide, Nomvelo. Your patience, professionalism, and driving skills were outstanding. Navigating the Sani Pass is no easy task, yet we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the journey. Your knowledge and keen eye for spotting wildlife were remarkable. You seemed to know exactly what we wanted to see and experience before we even had to ask. Every stop was perfectly timed, from coffee breaks to the wonderful warm towels that were provided along the way.
Honestly, you thought of everything. The entire experience was seamless, personal, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel valued and cared for.
I had such an amazing time that I'm already looking forward to doing it again. Thank you, Nomvelo and Angie, for creating such a special and unforgettable day. I cannot recommend Sani Pass & Lesotho Private Tours highly enough!
