Extremely disappointing experience — avoid this boat rental

点评：Extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience.
We booked this boat rental because we wanted to enjoy a nice and relaxing day during our holiday. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected health issue, we were unable to go ahead with the trip. I contacted the owner to explain our situation and asked for understanding — even a partial refund would have been a fair and reasonable solution. My message was completely ignored.
Because we live nearby, my husband went personally to speak with the owner and tried to resolve the situation calmly. What happened next was absolutely unacceptable. Instead of showing any understanding, empathy, or professionalism, the owner behaved aggressively and refused to find any reasonable solution. During the conversation, he even mentioned the police in an intimidating way, which made the situation even more unpleasant.
The worst part was not even the money — it was the complete lack of respect and basic customer service.
After this experience, we checked the recent reviews and were shocked to see that many other customers had described very similar problems. We sincerely regret not reading them before.
We also noticed several things that future customers should be aware of:
* additional fuel charges are not clearly communicated before the trip. We personally saw that extra payments for fuel were requested from customers right before departure, and we also noticed people returning from boat trips being asked to pay additional amounts afterwards;
* the agreement does not clearly explain cancellation situations or what happens if a customer cannot use the boat;
* we personally saw customers’ passports being kept during the instruction process, which we find inappropriate and unacceptable.
We came only to enjoy a nice holiday activity. We did not expect such a stressful experience and such poor treatment.
Please stay away from this place. Our experience was extremely negative, and we would never recommend this business to anyone.
