Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience
Francis Family Farm的点评
点评：My friend and I booked horseback riding with Francis Family Farm while visiting Anegada, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
When we arrived on the island, we were having difficulty contacting our arranged transportation because the phone service was very poor. While trying to get to the horseback riding location, we met a very kind gentleman on the side of the road who offered to give us a ride. We had never met this man before and had absolutely no idea about any personal issues between him and the owner of Francis Family Farm.
When we arrived, the owner immediately recognized the gentleman who had given us the ride and told us that he was his father. He then said that because we were dealing with his father, he was not going to do business with us. We tried repeatedly to explain that we did not know this man, we were simply tourists who needed a ride, and we had no involvement whatsoever in whatever personal situation existed between them.
Unfortunately, he did not want to hear anything we had to say. He accused us of lying and essentially told us he wasn’t doing business with us before leaving on his horse.
What made the situation even worse was that the horseback riding location was a considerable distance from where we were left. We were supposed to be taken all the way down to the beach for the horseback riding, but instead we were left stranded in an unfamiliar area with no transportation.
I was genuinely so upset that I ended up crying. We came to Anegada to enjoy ourselves and experience horseback riding, and instead we were placed directly in the middle of a personal conflict that had absolutely nothing to do with us.
Thankfully, we eventually received help and were recommended to do an ATV experience instead, which completely turned our day around. The people we encountered afterward were welcoming and kind, and we ended up having a much better experience.
Personal conflicts should never be taken out on paying customers, especially tourists who have nothing to do with the situation. We were simply trying to enjoy an activity we had booked, and the way we were treated was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
I would not recommend Francis Family Farm based on our experience.

更糟糕的是，骑马地点离我们被留下的地方相距甚远。原本我们是要被带到海滩上进行骑马活动的。然而，我们却被困在一个完全陌生的地方，连交通工具都没有。
我真的难过到哭了出来。我们来阿内加达是为了享受乐趣、体验骑马，结果却莫名其妙地被卷入了一场与我们毫无关系的私人纷争之中。
幸运的是，我们最终得到了帮助，还被推荐去体验全地形车，这彻底扭转了我们这一天的糟糕境遇。后来我们遇到的其他人都非常热情友善，我们的体验也因此大为改观。
个人间的矛盾绝不应该发泄在付费顾客身上，尤其是与事情毫无关联的游客。我们只是想享受自己事先预订好的活动而已，而我们所受到的对待则极其不专业且令人失望。
基于我们的经历，我不推荐大家前往弗朗西斯家庭农场。
