La Grande Roue was listed online as open from 10am to 11pm, 365 days a year. We bought tickets through FeverUp and took an Uber down to the venue to find it closed at 7:30 pm. No big deal. I sent an email to Fever Up requesting and expecting a refund, and then we went for a nice walk through the old port. Afterwards, though, I spent a week and a half going back-and-forth in multiple emails politely requesting a refund only to be told that's not their policy. Unbelievably frustrating. It would've been simple for them to reverse the charge and send the money back to my credit card. That's the least I would've expected given that the venue was CLOSED. These people are not interested in customer experience. They just want your money. STAY AWAY and especially, do not book online. HOURS ARE NOT AS ADVERTISED and if they are closed, you will not get a refund.
