Ocean Oasis Beach Club的点评
点评：I was on an 8 day cruise & stopped there June 24th. Food was great , Scenery was amazing! Customer service was nice & inviting, mostly clean establishment. Everything was great until it came time to pay. I split the bill with my sister, my half went smooth. My sister then paid her half & I made a joke as I seen it said approved "Haha it declined". Cashier said "No it went through" & we laughed. I walked away to look for our taxi , little did I know she told my sister her card actually did decline... (My sister did not physically see the "Approved" transaction like me). So she paid $80 in cash including a tip. We got in our taxi, she just so happen noticed her transaction DID go through. We go back in to show her & with no hesitation, no investigation, no management called... She says "Oh so that means...." & Just hands her $80...Not accusing anyone, it was just really sketchy & definitely felt done on purpose. If we hadn't caught it before we left she would've had a free $80 plus the first tip already included in the first payment.
