点评：Over the years I’ve had good experiences in Bruar. Yes it’s expensive , yes it’s busy and the restaurant can be a mixed bag. Ive sent Christmas hampers from Bruar to my family and when something has gone wrong they have remedied the situation.
I ordered an expensive cashmere jacket to replace an old one. I needed it for a trip to London. When it arrived it did not look like the colour that the gentleman in the picture wore and the security tag was still attached.
I was told to try and get it removed locally or sent back. Sending it back would take too long and I couldn’t get it removed locally - imagine asking another company to remove your security tag!
They couldn’t get someone to come to my house in Aberdeen and remove it so with the event that I bought it for fast approaching I have to consider driving to Bruar to get it removed.
