点评：I spent a long time researching ski schools before booking, as this was our first ski holiday with children. We were a mixed-ability group of six, two families, and I wanted to be absolutely sure we chose the right company.
I decided on Snow Masters because their communication stood out immediately. While other companies did reply, Snow Masters sent clear, detailed emails with full breakdowns of costs, lesson timings, and groupings based on age and ability. It made everything so easy to understand and compare, especially when budgeting for a family ski trip. It all felt very professional and well organised.
Daffy also took the time to speak with me on the phone and explained everything in detail, which was incredibly helpful and reassuring.
During our week in Borovets, we had two instructors. Alex took one group and was excellent — the children absolutely loved him. He was fantastic at calming nerves and building confidence, and he made learning to ski genuinely fun for the children - thank you🙏
For the beginners, we had Jane, and I honestly can’t stress enough how outstanding she was. Her communication, calm tone, kindness, helpful tips, and genuine understanding over the course of the days made the whole experience exceptional.
Because of how brilliant she was, we booked Jane for private lessons for our teenage sons, who wanted to improve their skiing and tackle more advanced slopes.
They had an amazing time with her. She taught them so much, brought them to places they hadn’t skied before, and really pushed their confidence and ability. They finished the trip on such a high thanks to her. 😍

因为她如此出色，我们为十几岁的儿子们预订了简的私人课程，他们想提高滑雪技巧，挑战更高级的雪道。
他们和简一起度过了美好的时光。她教了他们很多东西，带他们去了以前从未滑过的地方，极大地提升了他们的自信心和滑雪能力。多亏了她，他们带着满满的成就感结束了这次旅行。😍
