点评：The pub is beautiful and has some really good beers. The toilets are impeccably clean but there is just one problem - the manager who runs it. He is very rude and arrogant. He is always complaining about the idiots (!) who go in, to having to work behind the bar. You can not have this kind of attitude if you work in the public sector. (I have for many years). Even if you are at your worst, you put your plastic smile on and carry on. You definitely should not be rude to anyone. He most definitely is. He complains from every thing under the sun from having to serve the customers to (as he puts it) keeping out the yobs! The people who frequent this lovely pub are far from being yobs! He should not be working there if he doesn't like working behind a bar. He should be replaced by someone who is more enthusiastic and genuinely likes running a pub. He should show some respect for his customers and his staff as the way he talks to people is wrong. It is a great shame as the pub is really old and it definitely deserves someone better to run it and get the punters in. I will never go back to the pub.
