点评：There was a mixup with my email address, so I never got the confirmation email. I tried calling and was only able to get in touch with the Allstar Lanes front desk who was not able to help me... Finally got it straightened out over email and was instructed to come in "early" for our 5:10pm booking to get waivers signed. We showed up at 4:55pm (what I would consider "early" since we weren't given a recommended time). The doors were shut and a sign said they were closed, but the door was open, so we decided to wait in the lobby. At 5pm someone came out and said they were closed, that they shouldn't be there until 5pm which really turned me off to the experience because we were told to be there "early" and the doors were open, not locked? I asked if he would like us to leave, since we were already there and wasn't really anything we could do about... not being there at this point.
In the room we booked, there was a flashlight needed to figure out a clue and the flashlight batteries were low, so we spent an extra 10ish minutes trying to guess what we needed to do. Should have been checked before we used the room. Room was also cold, about 65 degrees if I had to guess. A heater was in there and on, they said it would slowly warm up, but it never did. Should have been on and ready seeing as we booked the room days in advance.
