If I could give zero stars, I would. Coming2 Transfers is an absolute scam, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid them at all costs. Their website guarantees luxury private transfers with no waiting and promises that their drivers will be ready and waiting to assist you with your every need. This could not be further from the truth.
When we arrived in Cancun, we were left stranded at the airport in the blazing sun for over an hour—not a single representative in sight. We tried every phone number listed on their website and their so-called “helplines,” but not a single one was answered. We were forced to pay a local just to get ahold of them.
To make matters worse, they never even showed up for our return transfer to the airport. We were outside waiting at 3 AM, exactly where they instructed us to be, and they just never came. No call, no message, no response—nothing. We had to scramble to find a taxi last minute to make our flight.
Coming2 Transfers is not just unreliable—they are fraudulent. They take your money, make false promises, and leave you stranded. Their so-called guaranteed service is a complete lie, and they should not be in business. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and extra expense—DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
