点评:The customer service was great. As my husband has a blue light card, we opted not to book online in order to receive the discounted tickets (disappointing that you can't book ahead to be honest). When we arrived around 11 there was no queue and the assistant explained that there were no spaces until 330pm for a family of 4 - we took this slot and explained that we were likely not to arrive until probably 4pm due to another booking, she said this wouldn't be a problem and clarified what we may miss. When we arrived at 410pm, they recognised us and hurried us through, we then had some additional time with a member of staff who explained some of the different items that the children found in the different sections. Yes, it was basically the children using a shovel to remove rubber shavings but the customer service was impeccable and despite being the last ones there, the children had enough time to look through the artifacts and browse the shop. Thank you Dig for being so accommodating in a grey, damp day.
