No support, poor communication, wasted time
Hellenic Travel Network的点评
点评：We booked our Greece tour through Exoticca and arrived to find that it was actually being led by Hellenic Travel Network. This local tour operator had terrible communication and provided no assistance when problems arose. The first day, we spent an hour on the bus (with not enough seats for everyone) going between hotels in Athens picking up scattered members of the group (same hotel category but not at the same hotel). No one told us what was going on that entire time. We had different guides in each city and were given minimal information about the plans and timing.
There were multiple problems at the hotels, and the Hellenic travel reps were not at all helpful. At one hotel, they claimed that a pillow and sheet on a couch was a bed. Just no. At another, we had to mop our own bathroom when there was an issue because there was only one staff member at the hotel and that person could not leave the desk. We were completely on our own and had so much of our time wasted. Steer clear if you want to enjoy your trip.
