The breathtaking secret garden

点评：I picked up a leaflet at the nearby caravan park in Southerness. I thought it looked amazing on the leaflet, did a bit of research online and went today.
I was so excited. Last year we missed it as it was closed but went to the museum nearby.
I have got to say this place is amazing, it is magical and the amount of work that has gone into it is out of this world.
We met Wayne, who was so knowledgeable and they have limited funds from tourists, but all money goes towards helping the gardens and museum.
We didn't think we had cash, but did find some in the end so put it in the honesty box with a bit extra.
Wayne gave the children a trail and they each won a prize.
It is so hard to describe this place. I was mesmerised by all of it. The views are phenomenal from the footpath.
The smells of the toffee trees.
The secret walks.
It is all I imagined a secret garden to be like and more.
You could easily spend all day here with a picnic, spend time in each garden area, beach and do what we did and played hide and seek.
I can imagine a few lawn games here and pond dipping too!!
I have a crutch, awaiting surgery and found the walk ways easily manageable. Plenty of resting spaces too.
We will definitely be back. Goodluck to both of you x

我能想象在这里玩各种草地游戏，或者去池塘边捞小鱼呢！！
我正在等待手术，需要借助拐杖行动，但这里的步道对我来说还是很容易行走的。而且到处都有休息区。
