点评：Booked a taxi pick up on the morning of 4th of July
Agreement was to receive a phone call from driver and be drop off outside the airport..(The agreed price was £32)
None of that happened
Waiting 10 minutes and I had to call cab office
Got into the taxi and the driver was unsure where to go after I had told him.He called the office and was told the same ..The driver proceeded to go to the airport car park and incur a £7 charge which I ended up having to pay..After my flight home I was notified by my bank that the cab company had taken a payment of £39 and not the agreed £32.
Upon further investigation I found that the cab office also changed me for the driver going to the car park so I paid twice for for going to the car park which was not the agreed drop off point
I have since been refunded the £7 changed by the cab company..they spoke to the driver who admitted that he went into the car park of his own accord..yet there Is still no refund to my account for the drivers mistake
So I will not be recommending the company to anyone in the future and to anyone who has booked check your booking and more importantly your bank account
