点评:Terrible Experience — Not Family Friendly and Awful Customer Service
I would not recommend this opera house to anyone, especially families. We attended a show that had no warnings of explicit content or foul language for young children. It was uncomfortable and disappointing. I expect a mature rating or even a simple “might not be suitable for children” warning ESPECIALLY with sexual content.
To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. When we tried to address our concerns with the staff, they were dismissive and rude, showing zero empathy or accountability. Instead of helping or offering any solution, they acted like we were the problem for speaking up. They gave a faulty number that didn’t even work and continued to laugh about it and proceeded to tell us it’s not their job and that we as parents should do better. We were all floored with how disrespectful the two front desk employees were. There were several families complaining and walking out.
Between the misleading advertising, unprofessional staff, and overall poor management, this was a waste of time and money. We left early and won’t be returning. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a family-friendly experience.
