点评:We've done several wine tours in New Zealand so have a pretty good idea what "good" looks like. This wasn't it!
Communication was really poor. We tried for 24hrs efore the booking to make a change (add to the party) and we could not get any response - email directs to phone, phone number provided out of service, phone number (courtesy of Google) got us to an answermachine which could not take messages as it was full.
On the day we turned up at the appointed time/location and waited... and waited ... and so on. Eventually I got through on the phone (tried every option on their phone service until someone finally answered). They told me to phone the wine tour number 🤦♀️. Finally they told me they were receiving an uncoming call from "the wine lady" and would call me back: which she never did. Eventually 45 minutes late the tour bus arrived with a vague muttering of "told the wrong times"
On the positive our guide was lovely and tried really hard. But it was clear that winieries were chosen for price/ disvount vs quality or providing any sort of real interest/welcome. SO different from what we've experienced in Napier/ Queenstown.
Would be 1 star but raised to 2 to recognise the efforts of pur guide. But in fairness she could only work with what she was given.

值得一提的是,我们的导游非常友善,也很努力。但很明显,酒庄的选择标准是价格/折扣,而不是品质或是否能提供任何真正的乐趣/热情服务。这和我们在内皮尔/皇后镇的经历截然不同。
本来只想给一星,但为了表扬导游的努力,我给了两星。不过公平地说,她也只能在现有条件下尽力而为。
