点评：⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highest compliments to this outstanding transport service from Prescott, AZ to PHX Airport. Every aspect of my experience exceeded expectations — the reservation process was user-friendly, the vehicle was clean and safe, and the service was prompt, friendly, and highly customer-oriented.
A special thank you to James, whose customer awareness and professionalism were exceptional. I accidentally left a scarf behind, and James was incredibly observant — he recognized I was the passenger who had left it and proactively contacted me. He then guided me to the next Groome pickup location and graciously took the time to personally return my scarf.
James also expertly navigated the current airport construction and clearly directed me to the correct, well-marked pickup point. His attentiveness, knowledge, and genuine care for passengers truly stood out.
I am sincerely impressed and very grateful. Because of this experience — and especially James’ outstanding service — I highly recommend this company without hesitation.
