点评：We used S Line for the 1st time for transfer to/from Heathrow. I felt confident from the professional manner in which my initial enquiry was handled with instant response and competitively priced. Confirmation of pick up time day before our transfer was reassuring. On the day turned up early and was very helpful in carrying the cases. Pleasant safe journey in comfortable surroundings enjoying general conversation. At the airport exactly the same help & consideration.
We left feeling that our return journey was in safe hands and Luke would have everything under control. Again advance notice of our scheduled pick up and comfort that Luke was tracking our flight to ensure we did not have to hang around. Equally comfortable journey home with Luke responding to our conversation or mindful when we had a brief sleep (it was 14 hr flight and 5am arrival !) .
Very professional service from start to finish, provided by a really nice person who genuinely cares about customer service and making the whole experience stress free.
Our only go to company in the future.
It is a rare commodity these days to find someone who actually delivers what we needed and they promise, but Luke goes beyond.
