点评:Chez Barone was a highlight of our Italy trip. To start the views are incredible and Anna and Claudia, our hosts were outstanding. We started the session tasting some Prosecco and Anna going through what the day will entail, Anna then talked us through and demonstrated how to make the Bolognese sauce. Then it was our turn starting with pizza dough. We then went on to make gnocchi and fettuccine. Anna was informative but fun as she talked us through the steps of making each item. We then finished off with making tiramisu. We then to explored the grounds whilst having some wine and Anna told us about all the produce made here. We the sessions furnished by having a four course meal to taste our made product and an added shot of lemonchello. We got to take a recipe book home and we purchased some olive oil and ravioli cutter. We are looking forward to putting the skills to the test in our own kitchen at home. Thank you Anna and Claudia.
