Unkind,doesn't care for Tourists
Sant Boi Centre Comercial的点评
点评：1st time in Spain and first hotel in Spain and worst experience ever.. it should be an expensive one n from the photos it looks luxurious,it's not luxurious at all, found a little COAKROACH in the room,i didn't speak..
Then I have an issue in my neck and back and came from the airport on a wheel chair, walking slowly n was having hope to have a good time, I went to the dinner buffet at 7:15 pm once I entered the lady there spoke very aggressive(it's 7:30) wait outside(pointing with her finger to go outside) I told her very politely that I have a trouble walking and if I can sit only till the buffet opens,she was so unkind,unprofessional and pointed again to get outside..her collage came tried to grab me a chair outside and I waited. When it came 7:30,the least to do is to come and get me ,she came n asked me what's your room number,I showed her the room number,she got inside again n then her collage came in a minute and insisted(please can I see your room card because you don't have dinner buffet!!!!) I got so angry at this point and told him ofcourse I will pay if there is extra, then I couldn't really enter because this very impolite behaviour with the tourists! And having difficulty walking! There is no way I will come to Spain again!
Then the bigger surprise, I went to the reception to complaint and the receptionist told me( we are not them,) I asked to whom shall I complaint then? Even the reception is not helping!! And I asked to write a complain they didn't even try to apologize or make anything up!
I walked outside to have dinner although I really have difficulty walking due to my health issue.
If we have any foreigners or tourist in my amazing country Egypt we never give this treatment! Especially if they mentioned that they are suffering.
Never book with this hotel, there must be other cheaper and more polite and friendly hotels but I am so unlucky this time .

之后，我的颈椎和背部出了问题，坐轮椅从机场过来，走得很慢，本来还挺期待这次旅行的。晚上7点15分我去吃自助晚餐，刚进去一个女服务员就态度很差地（当时才7点半）让我到外面去等（她用手指着我）。我非常礼貌地告诉她我走路不方便，能不能先坐一会儿，等自助餐开始。她态度很差，很不专业，又指着我让我出去……她的同事过来帮我找了个外面的椅子，但我还是等了。到了7点半，她至少应该来接我。她来了，问我房间号是多少，我给她看了房间号，她又进去了。过了一会儿，她的同事也来了，坚持要我看房卡，因为你们没有自助晚餐！我当时非常生气，告诉他如果有额外费用我当然会付。但因为这种对待游客的极度不礼貌，我根本没法进去！而且我走路也不方便！我以后绝对不会再来西班牙了！
更让我惊讶的是，我去前台投诉，前台接待员竟然说“我们不是他们”。我问那我该找谁投诉？连前台都不帮忙！我要求写投诉信，他们连一句道歉或解释都没有！
尽管我的身体状况很差，走路很困难，但我还是走到外面去吃晚饭了。
如果我们美丽的埃及接待外国游客，我们绝不会这样对待他们！尤其是当他们提到自己正在遭受痛苦的时候。
千万别订这家酒店，肯定有其他更便宜、更礼貌、更友好的酒店，我这次真是太倒霉了。
