点评：We booked a 16 day full package trip with Royal Road covering Jordan and Egypt. In Jordan, we spent only five days and they managed to organize the trip really well and include all the main tourist places in a short time
From the start, communication was smooth and fast. They were always available on WhatsApp, quick to respond, and very easy to deal with
the van was always clean and comfortable. They even upgraded it for us, which was a nice surprise. Water and internet were always available during the drives
The hotels in both Jordan and Egypt were very good and well chosen, which made moving around much easier. They also booked our domestic flights inside Egypt, so everything was organized and we didn’t have to worry about anything
We were a bit worried about the Egypt trip, because we thought the service might drop compared to Jordan, but that wasn’t the case at all. The same level of organization and professionalism continued there
Our driver in Egypt, Mahmoud, was great, always on time, helpful, and knew good places to eat. The company also checked in with us regularly just to make sure everything was going well.
If you’re planning to visit Jordan or Egypt, Royal Road would definitely be your best choice
