Saira leads the retreat with such warmth and care, guiding yoga, meditation, vagus nerve reset sessions and more. From the moment you arrive, she makes sure you feel looked after and able to truly relax. Iona’s massages are exceptional, and Gilly’s vegan food is absolutely delicious – from healthy smoothies to nourishing meals. Betsy is an absolute star. She works tirelessly, helping with organisation and media, assists Gilly with food preparation, and keeps everything running smoothly. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The weekend is thoughtfully planned with a timetable of activities, yet there’s plenty of space to unwind and let go. With just 10 guests from across the UK, it felt personal and welcoming, and I made some lovely new friendships.
Even after returning home, I kept finding myself smiling at happy memories from the experience. I would highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking to relax, recharge and reconnect with themselves.
