点评：I recently joined Ben at Cornwall Underground Adventures for an underground mine exploration, and it was an experience I won't forget.
From the beginning, Ben was welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about Cornwall's mining history. What really stood out was that we weren't simply exploring an old mine, throughout the experience Ben explained the history of the workings, the people who worked there and what life would have been like for the miners. It gave everything we were seeing much more meaning.
The experience itself was challenging at times, but we always felt that we were in safe hands. Ben moved through the mine effortlessly and was patient with us throughout, allowing us to take our time while still giving us a genuine underground adventure.
If you're curious about Cornwall's mining heritage, want to challenge yourself, or simply want to experience something completely different, I would highly recommend giving it a go.
A huge thank you to Ben for his time, knowledge and enthusiasm. It gave me a completely different appreciation for the generations of miners who worked in these environments and for the mining history that helped shape Cornwall.
